refund policy

We want you to love your Rokkie purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
